How could you not vote 5 stars? Jimmy Johns delivers fresh food at a reasonable price almost instantly. Although they have forgotten my hot peppers a time or two...

First off, my sandwich was made wrong but I really didn't care because that has never happened before. What I didn't appreciate was the delivery driver leaving my food at the front desk of my work because he couldn't be bothered to wait the 1 minute I needed to get there. I thought it was rude and I'm sure he would've waited as long as it took had I not paid with debit and already added the tip. I guess that's what I get for tipping before the service. Next time, I will make them wait 10 minutes for me to come get it and write a giant zero in the tip line.

It's a jimmy john's. The workers are high schoolers, you shouldn't expect perfection in the service department and the reviews regarding that are laughable. So you were charged extra for bacon that you didn't get one time after ordering there 3x a week for a year., sorry for your 69 cent loss..... Additionally, sprouts were removed at every jimmy john's, i appreciate a company's proactive steps towards ensuring food safety...;the other reviewer, You're really going to write a Yelp review because some 16 yr old grossly underpaid and exploited employee gave you a dirty look at Jimmy John's? Jesus christ your paying 6 dollars for a pretty decent sandwich, you're not eating at the Hinterland Brewery.....I promise I don't work for Jimmy John's. lol.

What I love most about Jimmy johns is their wheat bread. They offer a great selection of sandwiches, which you can get on French or wheat. Unlike other sandwich chains their sandwiches on wheat taste like those big deli sandwiches you use to get from you corner deli. Friendly service served up quickly.... It's my sandwich chain of choice.

Food was good, service was unprofessional and adolescent like. I came in today, she asked if I wanted cheese. I asked what type they had. I guess I misheard her and thought she said cheddar and provolone. I asked my kids what they wanted and she told me we only had one type. I clearly made a mistake and misheard her. I needed clarification bc I thought she gave me two choices. I repeated the question slowly to her to make sure I was understanding. Her body language said it all at that moment. Kind of the look like 'you idiot, you're annoying me, I said it the first time.' People mishear choices given. It wasn't something I did to annoy her. Then, upon picking up the food at the other end of the line, the other girl had somewhat of an attitude as well. All body language. Nothing that is being said, but just that whole younger generation thinking the world owes them something. Food was good as always, but the manager needs to firm up the attitude of these kids and explain the power of body language .

Was a 3x a week fav to never again in less than a year.I always get delivery and after being charged for Bacon that I didnt get,I was told I had to pick up the correction. In the last few months quality has gone wayy down with at least one order a week being incorrect..how we order same subs every time!And recently sprouts were removed from subs(food poisening I heard) and that is what made the #12:( I love the bread but refuse to spend this much money and be disappointed much of the time.
